About the people:


Manuela Eilers has a degree in political science and worked as an exhibition hostess for Public Address during her studies. After more than 20 years as a journalist in radio and television, she joined Public Address after the coronavirus pandemic and is now responsible for internal and external communications and, more recently, for sustainability.


Malte Heindl has been working in event agencies since 2003 and is managing director of insglück, where he is operationally responsible for all locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Zurich. Based in Hamburg, his favourite projects are sustainability and innovative technologies.


Marko Roscher, Dipl.-Kfm. (FH) and M.A. Strategic Sustainability Management, has been involved in event organisation for more than 15 years.


After training as an industrial clerk, Eva Ridderskamp worked in internal sales and customs clearance. However, this was too uncreative for Eva, so she studied part-time for a Master of Science in Marketing & Communication. Since September 2020, Eva has been responsible for the marketing department at setcon. The CSR department was quickly added, as well as the recruiting and partly onboarding department 2 years ago in the combination of both areas, i.e. marketing employer branding and social sustainability. Since February 2024, Eva has been responsible for the internal implementation and development of ISO20121

Die Diplom Politikwissenschaftlerin Manuela Eilers arbeitete bereits während Ihres Studiums als Messehostess für Public Address. Nach über 20 Jahren als Journalistin bei Funk und Fernsehen stieg sie nach der Corona Epidemie bei Public Address wieder ein. Sie kümmert sich dort um die interne und externe Kommunikation und führt das Messebau-Unternehmen als Nachhaltigkeitsmanagerin durch die ISO20121 Zertifizierung.

Marko Roscher, Dipl.-Kfm. (FH) und M.A. Strategisches Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, ist seit über 15 Jahren eng mit der Veranstaltungsbranche verbunden.

 Durch diverse Station im In- und Ausland wie Projektleitung beim EVVC, Team Leader für medizinische Weiterbildungen bei einem international tätigen Konzern oder seine Position als Serviceleiter Gastronomie und Nachhaltigkeitsmanager bei der C3 Veranstaltungszentren GmbH hat er Einblicke und Expertise in verschiedenen Gewerken der Branche. Seine Leidenschaft für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit und das Wohlergehen des Planeten begleiten ihn spätestens seit Studienbeginn in 2004 und führten ihn zu seiner heutigen Positon als Referent Nachhaltigkeit beim fwd:.

Marko Roscher, who holds a degree in business administration and a master's degree in strategic sustainability management, has been closely involved with the events industry for over 15 years.

Through various positions in Germany and abroad, such as project manager at EVVC, team leader for medical training at an international corporation, and his position as service manager for catering and sustainability manager at C3 Veranstaltungszentren GmbH, he has gained insights and expertise in various areas of the industry. His passion for sustainability and the well-being of the planet has been with him since he began his studies in 2004 and led him to his current position as Sustainability Officer at fwd:.
