AI assistants are the pragmatic way to standardise recurring tasks: they bring a defined persona, tone, response logic and relevant prior knowledge to the table, enabling teams to work consistently and efficiently.

This masterclass presents and applies a framework for creating effective AI assistants for event managers: 

What role does the assistant take on? How does it sound? How does it respond? What knowledge does it use? 

In a workshop format, groups develop their own assistant. Finally, there are concrete examples of how the assistant is used in the everyday work of event departments.
