Mit mehr als 30 Jahren Branchenerfahrung hat er internationale Teams bei Formel-1-Rennen, der FIFA-Weltmeisterschaft und anderen Großveranstaltungen geleitet. Zuvor war er Technischer Direktor des Düsseldorf Congress.
Er ist Autor der Fachbücher The Event Safety Book und Crowd Management Made Easy und ein gefragter Speaker bei internationalen Fachkonferenzen.

As founder and CEO of Eventknowhow Consultancy, he has been advising government agencies, event organisers and service providers for over 14 years, primarily in the Middle East. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has led international teams at Formula 1 races, the FIFA World Cup and other major events. Previously, he was Technical Director of Düsseldorf Congress.
He is the author of the reference books The Event Safety Book and Crowd Management Made Easy and a sought-after speaker at international conferences.

Rainer Schüler blickt auf eine langjährige Karriere in der Veranstaltungsbranche zurück. Zuletzt war er als Senior Venue Manager bei der EURO 2024 GmbH tätig, wo er wertvolle Erfahrungen in der Planung und Umsetzung internationaler Großveranstaltungen sammelte. Als Gründer und CEO von Venue Planner entwickelte er innovative Softwarelösungen für die Veranstaltungsplanung. Zudem hatte er Führungspositionen als General Manager der Mubadala Arena in Abu Dhabi sowie als Sprecher der Düsseldorfer Hallenfamilie inne.
