Florian Bollig ist mit über 25 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Veranstaltungsbranche tätig. Seit 2020 ist er Geschäftsführer der VASIBEKO GmbH, die sich auf Beratung, Planung und Durchführung von Sicherheitskonzepten, sowie die Koordination des Arbeitsschutzes auf Produktionen und Veranstaltungen fokussiert.

Aus der persönlichen Erfahrung hat sich der Wunsch nach kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung etabliert, um qualifiziert Wissen zu vermitteln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Das beinhaltet Qualifikationen als Meister Veranstaltungstechnik, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (VBG), SIGEKO nach RAB, zertifizierter Veranstaltungsleiter (IBIT). Zudem ist die kontinuierliche Teilnahme an Fortbildungen als auch die Arbeit in Verbänden (BVVS, VPLT) und Initiativen wie dem SIFA VT Netzwerk ein Schwerpunkt geworden . Im Zentrum der Arbeit steht dabei die „gelebte Sicherheitskultur“ – also von der Theorie in die Praxis zu gelangen.

Founder and Managing Director of VASIBEKO GmbH / Member of the German Federal Association for Event Safety (BVVS)

Florian Bollig has over 25 years of professional experience in the event industry. Since 2020, he has been Managing Director of VASIBEKO GmbH, which focuses on consulting, planning, and implementing safety concepts, as well as coordinating occupational safety at productions and events.

His personal experience has led to a desire for continuous further training in order to impart qualified knowledge and take on responsibility. This includes qualifications as a master event technician, occupational safety specialist (VBG), SIGEKO according to RAB, and certified event manager (IBIT). In addition, continuous participation in further training courses as well as work in associations (BVVS, VPLT) and initiatives such as the SIFA VT network has become a focal point. The focus of the work is on “lived safety culture” – in other words, putting theory into practice.
