Ina-Maria Klups, geb. 1957, ist begeisterte Köchin, Autorin verschiedener Kochbücher, passionierte Jägerin und Vorsitzende eines Hegerings. Sie gibt Kochseminare für den RWJ und für Hegeringe. Schwerpunkt ist hier stets die Verarbeitung von Wildbret aus heimischen Revieren - manchmal auch auf ungewöhnliche und experimentelle Art und Weise und abseits eingefahrener Wege. Wildbret ist vielfältig verwendbar und bietet eine Unmenge Möglichkeiten in der Küche. Sie erlegt und versorgt ihr Wild stets selbst, nur so ist die Kontrolle vom Schuss bis zum Servieren gegeben, denn Grundlage von gutem Essen ist ein perfektes Ausgangsprodukt.

Ina-Maria Klups, born in 1957, is an enthusiastic cook, author of various cookbooks, passionate hunter, and chairwoman of a hunting association. She gives cooking seminars for the RWJ and for hunting associations. The focus here is always on the processing of game from local hunting grounds—sometimes in unusual and experimental ways and off the beaten track. Game meat is versatile and offers a myriad of possibilities in the kitchen. She always hunts and prepares her own game, as this is the only way to ensure control from the shot to the serving, because the basis of good food is a perfect raw product.
