When budgets disappear, client expectations shift, and teams operate under constant pressure, good planning alone is no longer enough. Creating positive, engaging experiences requires emotional self-leadership and the ability to lead others with empathy and clarity.
In this talk, I show how emotional skills and emotional education can be purposefully applied in the event industry as a resource for leadership, team stability, and long-term resilience.
