Are you a sausage fan and passionate about cooking? Do you like trying new things and want to be creative? Then the sausage seminar with Rehzept is the perfect experience for you!

Learn everything about the ingredients, production, and the secret to the perfect bratwurst.

At the beginning of your sausage seminar, you will be warmly welcomed by Markus Hofmann (REHZEPT). After an initial introduction, you can get started right away.

You will learn the basics of sausage making in detail. And then it's time to get down to business: all the ingredients must be chopped up properly, salt and spices must be weighed and added, and of course you have to use the meat grinder. Today you will work like a real butcher.

Now the sausage has to be stuffed into natural casings, but don't worry, we'll do it together.

Now it's time to put the wild game bratwurst on the grill and bring the wild game bratwurst seminar to a close together.

In the future, you'll be able to make your own bratwurst for your barbecue parties.

In verschiedenen Zeitungs- und Fernsehformaten wie „Die Bratwurst des Jahres“, ZDF-Küchenschlacht, SAT 1 Regional (Schleswig-Holstein) und NDR Nordmagazin war Markus Hofmann zu sehen. In zahlreichen Wildwurstseminaren vermittelt er gerne die Herstellung von Wildbratwürsten, Salami und Pfefferbeißer.

Für jeden der Interessiert ist, gibt es einen Leitfaden im Buchformat „Wildwursten, Schritt für Schritt zur Wurst“ zum Nachschlagen.
