What do people really take away with them – and how can this be turned into a shared moment rather than just silent nodding?

In this session, Rönke von der Heide (Take-Aw.ai) shows how participants can use a QR code to record their personal takeaway as a short voice message – unfiltered, spontaneous, without Post-its.

The AI summarises the voices in real time and reveals how the audience is thinking. We talk about how genuine participation comes about, how to clearly separate ‘feedback vs. insight’, which moderation hacks support the process (without embarrassment) and how takeaways can be turned into reach and content for the time after the event – including the GDPR/data protection perspective.

Rönke sees himself as a “future activist” who wants to inspire people to work toward a better tomorrow. With his studio DE DRIFFT, he questions, thinks freely, concretizes, and implements. His projects follow the credo “Good ideas must come true!” and so he has also accompanied ZUKUNFT NAHVERKEHR from the idea to its implementation. As a co-initiator, he feels a strong connection to the client and the project and wants to make collaboration agile and co-creative.
