Participants as multipliers: How Echo scales your event reach in advance—and makes it measurable right up to ticket sales

By wdo, 22 December, 2025

Everyone posts about the event—but the greatest reach is often where it is hardly activated: among those who have already registered to participate.

In this session, Michael Kamleitner (walls.io) shows how organizers can easily get their community involved weeks before the event with the new product “Echo”: Participants receive campaign prompts and can share personalized visuals via social media and messenger with just 1–2 clicks. The highlight: The whole thing is not just “nice to have,” but can be evaluated in a traceable way – from shares and clicks back to the event page to ticket purchases.

In the Fireside Chat, we talk about why classic social tools don't solve this, which introduction works in practice, what role data protection/GDPR plays, and how the topic can be integrated into existing event and ticketing processes in the future.
