Tim holds a master’s degree in geology from Oxford University and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the University of Law, London, and has led Tamarind Intelligence for the past decade.

Nathalie Darge is Secretary General of Tobacco Europe, the Brussels-based umbrella organisation representing European tobacco and nicotine product manufacturers. 

A Belgian national, she has nearly a decade of experience at the European Steel Association (EUROFER) as a communications and public affairs adviser, and holds a degree in political affairs from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In her current role, Nathalie coordinates EU-level advocacy, working closely with member companies BAT, Imperial Brands, and Japan Tobacco International, as well as other stakeholders across the supply chain. She manages relations with EU institutions and media, supports working groups, and monitors regulatory developments affecting the industry. Outside of work, she is an engaged parent and active in local social projects.

Co-founder, Independent European Vape Alliance (IEVA) - Ciprian is a serial entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the vaping industry, Chairman of the Romanian Vaping Industry Association (AIV), and a founder and board member of the Independent European Vape Alliance (IEVA), the only pan-European vaping organisation. A strong advocate for nicotine-based alternatives as a tool for smoking harm reduction, he has played a key role in IEVA’s governance, communication strategies, and membership growth over the past six years. His work has provided him with extensive interaction with leading industry players worldwide and a deep understanding of the sector within an increasingly complex EU regulatory environment.
