Keynote:
Dr.-Ing. Roland Busch, University of Wuppertal, author of the study
In its new study, ‘Multilevel Logistics Properties’, Logix examines the potential offered by multi-storey developments and the conditions that need to be put in place for them to become more widespread in Germany. The publication, compiled under the direction of Dr Roland Busch, Dr.-Ing., from the University of Wuppertal, is the first part of a two-part study. It catalogues and classifies multilevel projects already completed in Europe, identifying six different basic types. At the same time, it becomes clear that, in Germany in particular, very few projects with ramp access to the upper storeys have yet been realised.
