Seit er denken kann, hat Tobias Wegner ein Faible für zirzensische Clownerie und die feine Komik der Stummfilm-Ära. Seit 2003 arbeitet der diplomierte Absolvent der Staatlichen Hochschule für zeitgenössische Zirkuskunst in Brüssel genreübergreifend in den Bereichen Theater, Tanz, Oper und Show.
Neben unzähligen Gala- und Firmenevents als Wall Clown tourt Tobias mit einer vielfach preisgekrönten Physical Theatre Produktion namens LEO – ein abendfüllendes Solo, welches auf dem Wall Clown und seinem ebenso simplen wie genialen Perspektivwechsel aufbaut. Bis heute tritt Tobias mit dem non-verbalen Erfolgsstück weltweit auf, hunderte Spielorte umfassen renommierte Theaterhäuser und Festivals in Metropolen und Dörfern aller Kontinente.

Tobias Wegner / WALL CLOWN
For as long as he can remember, Tobias Wegner has had a passion for circus clowning and the subtle humor of the silent-film era. Since 2003, the graduate of the State School for Contemporary Circus Arts in Brussels has worked across genres in theatre, dance, opera, and show productions.
In addition to countless gala and corporate events as the Wall Clown, Tobias tours with a highly acclaimed, multiple award-winning physical theatre production titled LEO — a full-length solo piece built on the Wall Clown concept and its simple yet ingenious shift in perspective. To this day, Tobias performs this non-verbal success worldwide. Hundreds of venues include renowned theatres and festivals in cities and villages across every continent.
