He previously served as a Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament in Brussels and is a qualified attorney who practiced at a Spanish law firm. Pablo has worked as an analyst in Mexico, the UK, and Spain, specialising in highly regulated industries.
For over a decade, he has worked as a legal researcher and analyst in the tobacco and nicotine sectors as part of Tamarind Intelligence. As head of the legal team, he is committed to delivering impartial and objective legal and political analysis that remains entirely independent of any stakeholder influence — including companies, governments, or NGOs.
